TXO czcN regulated construct under BBa_K3380109 promoter expressing iSpinach

Fluorescent RNA aptamer construct flanked by F30 tRNA scaffolds to protect it from degradation. Its transcription is repressed by two component transcription factor (CzcS and CzcR). Upon addition of Zinc, the promoter allows the native Cupriavidus Metallidurans CH34 polymerase to transcribe the construct, resulting in green fluorescence if the DFHBI fluorophore is added.
